“In my role, I wear an abundance of hats. Whether implementing health and safety procedures or organising team get-togethers, I like to be in ‘the thick of it’. My role at SuperControl is about as varied as it comes, and I thrive in a working environment that promotes collaboration and innovation. So, it’s a good job I’m a member of the SuperControl team!
“My journey with SuperControl has evolved throughout my 12 years with the organisation. Initially a member of the business development team, I now find myself in the role of Executive Assistant. As our team has grown, so too have my responsibilities. I’m currently exploring how I can support our HR function and make SuperControl’s working environment the absolute best it can be.
“While I don’t work directly with our community of self-caterers, my role indirectly supports our clients’ SuperControl experience. After all, a happy team and top-notch working culture trickles down into the everyday conversations, support, and the developments we offer our community. The support I provide to our team is all-encompassing, and my keen eye for detail ensures I spot and grab opportunities with both hands.
“As Executive Assistant with an HR twist, I’m passionate about SuperControl’s values and how our One Tribe ethos is felt internally and externally. Every day we vouch to learn, care and deliver on behalf of our community. It’s the driving force behind SuperControl and is second nature in my day-to-day roster of activities. I’m committed to making our workplace a safe and open space, considering my colleagues mental and physical health. By doing so, I ensure that our team is equipped with the support they need to best execute their roles. It’s a win-win for all involved.

There’s been plenty of change over the years, but we’ve consistently remained focused on how we can enhance the overall SuperControl experience for customers and colleagues alike.
