“2022 marks my thirteenth year with SuperControl, and what a journey it’s been! I’ve been here since the beginning, when I joined there were just five of us developing the SuperControl system. It’s pretty astounding when I reflect on just how far we’ve come. I first joined the organisation as a Client Care Advisor and now find myself managing the Client Care team. It’s been a true full-circle moment. As Client Support Manager, I use my years of knowledge to guide my team in a positive direction, developing their skills, confidence and understanding.   

“I like to describe SuperControl as a one-stop shop for self-caterers. I’ve seen our system and offering develop over time, and wow – we’ve come a long way! The client care team always aims to go above and beyond to ensure our community’s experience is top-notch. Of course, there’s always room for improvement, and that’s why we’re ever evolving our client experience to iron out any bumps in the road, ensuring their journey is as smooth as possible.
