Help for those who don’t yet accept online payments

Online payment processors provide your guests with the security of paying by card and the means of paying for their booking straight away, at a time that suits them. No more hanging around waiting for cheques to clear or bank transfers to appear in your account. Instant payment means your guests are also far less likely to cancel their booking.

SuperControl links with a number of online payment processors – we have the closest integration with Sage Pay and HolidayRentPayment, so you can process payments, refunds and security deposits through your SuperControl account. With strict security standards to give you confidence and peace of mind, online payment processors are a fast, efficient and secure way for guests to pay.

Looking more closely at HolidayRentPayment, one of its main benefits is that you can set it up in your SuperControl account without a merchant account, thus avoiding additional, costly monthly bank charges. With HolidayRentPayment, there are also no PCI charges and no monthly charges; instead, you will be charged a flat transaction fee of 2.29% for cards originating within the EU (2.99% for cards outside the EU). Don’t like the transaction fee? You can split the cost with your guests. All online payment processors also employ strict security standards to protect against fraudulent credit cards.
