SuperControl on the road: Belfast

Robert, John and Shani were in Belfast last week for our latest self-catering workshop, which was designed to help self-catering owners grow their businesses.

PR1The team met the owners of more than 30 different self-catering businesses from all over Northern Ireland. They demonstrated the benefits of having a good online booking system and shared tips on how to:

  • Boost your bookings.
  • Save valuable time.
  • Make your guests feel valued.

The team was fortunate to be joined on the day by Tom Houston, chairman of the Northern Ireland Self Catering Holiday Association (NISCHA), who gave a summary of the current situation of the tourism industry in Northern Ireland.

Tom said: “I would thoroughly recommend your workshop to all self-caterers who are serious about moving their business forward online and I certainly hope to be attending more of these sessions. It is obvious that the SuperControl team not only fully understand the requirements of the self-catering industry, but that you are all working very hard to constantly innovate, improve and upgrade the features of your system.”

Myrtle Haugh, owner of Kribben Cottages, said: “The workshop was extremely helpful with lots of practical help and very useful advice on how to get the best out of your booking system.”

This is the third workshop we have run – our first was in Saltash in the South West in June, and our second was in Penrith last month. We are planning more of these events at locations across the UK in the new year, so please keep an eye on our blog and social media pages if you would like to come along to one.
