It’s a simple 3 step process for visitors to your website to place a booking through SuperControl, encouraging them to do so there and then.
Research shows that the majority of people prefer to book online and we make it really easy for them to do just that.
1. Guests click on the start date on the availability calendar on your website, select the number of nights and for how many people. They are given a price, and then click Book now.
2. Check the details, view any additional notes and add to their booking any extras you provide (the perfect opportunity for you to upsell). Then click Place booking.
3. Enter their contact details, they can also add notes or special requests here, then enter their payment details and click Submit booking.
That’s it.
Your guest is then taken to the booking summary, receiving instant confirmation that their booking has been submitted.
Bookings are provisional until you confirm them.
