We’ve changed the way your Terms & Conditions appear to your guests – now it’s even quicker to place an online booking!
Previously guests were navigated to a page on your website where they had to agree to your Terms & Conditions as part of the booking process. Now your Terms and Conditions are included in the booking form as shown:
So booking online on your website is as easy as 1-2-3:
- Guests click on your availability calendar to select the arrival date, number of nights and occupants, then view the price.
- They review their booking, add any options and extras and click to place the booking.
- Your guest completes the booking form, ticks to agree your Terms & Conditions and then submits the booking.
How easy is that!
It’s good news all round – your guests are happy because they can place a booking quickly at a time that suits them, and you lower the risk of missing out on bookings by providing an even better website experience.
