Do you need a helping hand with your admin?

We’re delighted the team behind Booking Admin have chosen SuperControl to provide the booking system for their new booking and admin service for self-catering owners.

Booking Admin provides a tailored service to help owners and aims to take the stress out of managing bookings by dealing with all the guest communications prior to arrival, as well as payments and merchant services, so that owners can spend more time on higher-value activities such as marketing and sales.

Owners who sign up with Booking Admin also get SuperControl PLUS and all the benefits it offers.

Lessen the load

Les Robinson from Booking Admin said: “We aim to take the load off owners so they can get on with the other things they want to do. For instance, a large holiday park that is struggling with admin can come to us for help, rather than having to employ extra resources.”

The system can also work for existing SuperControl users who need some extra help.

Over time, if owners decide they don’t need Booking Admin’s services anymore, it’s straightforward to opt out and they can still keep their SuperControl account.

What’s the cost?

In terms of cost, Booking Admin either charges commission on each booking or a set booking fee per booking. This can be passed on to the guest, so in theory, it doesn’t have to cost owners anything at all.
