UpFront Reviews – the FREE verified reviews system from SuperControl
UpFront Reviews are verified (only genuine guests can submit them, removing the risk of fake reviews) and automated (once set up, review requests are sent automatically, saving you valuable time). It is a free service available exclusively to properties that use SuperControl online booking system.
As well as providing valuable feedback, reviews are a great marketing tool.
- Gradings: Guests mark your property out of 5 for Cleanliness, Service, Comfort, Condition, Location & Value. Clear & easy process.
- Opt in or opt out: Unlike other review sites you decide if you want to opt in, and you are free to opt out at any time if you change your mind. It’s all managed from within your SuperControl account.
- Text: Your guests can add a written review. Enables detailed feedback.
- Customisation: You can add custom questions. Feedback is specific to you.
- Communication: Reply to your guest’s review. It’s good customer service and you can inform future guests of developments and improvements.
- Integration: Display reviews on your website, Facebook and Twitter. People trust other people, share your reviews.
- 48hr window: A review takes 48 hours to go live. During this time you can request the review is removed. If you have a valid reason it will never be posted.
- Dispute resolution: A simple dispute process for inaccurate or untruthful reviews. Ensures your reviews are representative.
How much does it cost?
Nothing! UpFront Reviews is included in your SuperControl licence fee. There are no extra costs to you.

Guests are influenced by customer reviews, especially those that are verified. Reviews are good publicity and build trust. With UpFront Reviews you can ask specific questions to find out information that is important to you, providing you with valuable market research.
