Did you know about our fantastic new development, which enables enquiries from HomeAway (and any HomeAway affiliate site, eg Owners Direct) to be captured automatically within your SuperControl account?
This means you can save oodles of time by not having to manually enter these enquiries yourself.
To enable this feature, you need to have a HomeAway listing. Then, just log in to SuperControl and go to Integrations > Channel manager > International and click on HomeAway, then scroll down until you see this section and tick “Enable Receiving of Enquiries”:
Once you’ve done that, any enquiries that come via these channels will say “HomeAway Auto Import” in the “Entered by” column. And these enquiries can be treated in the same way as any other. For PLUS and AGENCY customers, the Enquiries function provides a host of useful tools to increase your bookings.
